This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services and courses offered by Victor Mavin Media, operated under M/s Panigrahi Enterprises. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Marketing Services

All digital marketing services provided by Victor Mavin Media are non-refundable.

  • Once a service is purchased, initiated, or delivered, no refund will be issued.
  • Service fees cover time, expertise, strategy, and execution.
  • Results may vary based on market conditions, ad budget, business model, and client cooperation.
  • No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction, delays caused by the client, or change of mind.

2. Courses & Digital Training Programs

Refunds for digital courses are subject to the following conditions:

  • A 7-day refund window is available only if mentioned on the course sales page.
  • If a learner does not receive any benefit or learning outcome after genuinely following the course within 7 days, a refund may be requested.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via email or WhatsApp.
  • Refund approval is subject to verification of course access and usage.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Partial course completion or casual viewing
  • Lack of implementation of taught strategies
  • Refund request after 7 days of purchase
  • Violation of course terms or content misuse
  • Any service already delivered or in progress

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 working days.
  • Any payment gateway charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
